About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Supply Chain Products team at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. You will gain insight into the three-tier beverage distribution system and the role technology plays in enabling business capabilities. The program focuses on developing the next generation of technology leaders through professional development workshops, training, and networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Work across various digital and technology areas, with a specific focus on supply chain operations.
- Support projects aligned with your specific learning goals.
- Participate in training sessions, on-site meetings, and department-wide learning events.
- Complete an end-of-internship project to showcase your knowledge and present your findings to management.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the internship.
- Currently a Junior in college and graduating the following year.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Project Management, or a comparable field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Knowledge of application development, software design, and programming principles.
- Familiarity with SQL, database querying, and software testing concepts like test case creation.
- Basic understanding of APIs, EDI transactions, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and demonstrate Agile or Scrum delivery values.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Interest in warehouse operations, logistics, and warehouse management systems.

- Location: Wilsonville, Oregon.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Status: Full-time and paid at $25 per hour.
- Requirement: Must reside in the vicinity of the internship or have the ability to obtain housing.
