About the role#
This summer internship offers a hands-on introduction to the beverage distribution industry. You will spend approximately 70% of your time working alongside sales representatives in the field, gaining experience in both on-premise and off-premise accounts like restaurants, bars, hotels, grocery chains, and liquor stores. The remaining 30% of your time will be based in our office, where you will engage with management and network with executives from various departments.
What you'll do#
- Support different sales divisions while learning about operations, product knowledge, trade development, and mixology.
- Stay informed on the activities and goals of the sales teams you support.
- Plan and carry out a local volunteer project.
- Develop and present a final project based on your observations and work within the sales divisions.
- Participate in career-building activities, professional development workshops, and the Leadership Spotlight Series.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status in college, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communications in the following year.
- Must be 21 years of age or older by the start of the internship.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- A teamwork-oriented mindset and demonstrated leadership experience.
- Attention to detail and a self-starter attitude.
- Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance.
- Ability to reside in the Miramar area or obtain local housing.

- Location: Miramar, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17th - July 30th).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22 per hour.
- This is a full-time position.
