About the role#
This internship provides exposure to the alcohol distribution industry. You will work across various teams to gain a broad understanding of how marketing, sales, and distribution interact within our business.
What you'll do#
- Work with different teams to learn about all aspects of the company.
- Participate in training sessions, on-site meetings, and learning opportunities.
- Assist with on-premise surveys.
- Support the team on projects tailored to your specific learning goals.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience.
- Minimum 2.0 GPA.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, persuasion, and motivation.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and relevant software.
- Skills in customer service, analytical problem solving, and presentation development.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 48 lbs and perform physical tasks like walking, bending, and standing.
- Ability to drive for segments up to 2 hours.
