About the role#
The Southern Glazer’s OneTech Internship is a summer program designed to develop the next generation of technology leaders. You will gain hands-on experience in the beverage distribution industry while working across various digital and technology departments. This is a full-time, paid internship that includes professional development workshops, networking opportunities, and a community service day.
What you'll do#
- Work across areas such as Enterprise Products & Platforms, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure & Ops, Cybersecurity, and Digital Strategy.
- Support projects aligned with your specific learning goals.
- Participate in training, on-site meetings, and department-wide learning opportunities.
- Engage in career-building activities and leadership spotlight sessions.
- Complete an end-of-internship project and present your findings to management.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 21 years old by the start of the internship.
- You must be a rising senior (minimum Junior status) graduating the following year.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Sales, Software Design, or a comparable field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
- Knowledge of application development, software design, and programming principles.
- Experience with data visualization, presentations, survey tools, or research studies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Ability to reside in the Cerritos area for the duration of the program.
