About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship within the Reels Industrial Paper Products division. You will work on-site in Hartselle, Alabama. The role focuses on immersing you in the manufacturing and packaging industry through hands-on experience and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects while working alongside industry experts.
- Gain a broad understanding of business operations across the company.
- Engage directly with company leadership.
- Participate in plant tours to see operations firsthand.
- Build your professional network through organized activities with other interns and Emerging Leader associates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program.
- Previous internship experience.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant coursework in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial).
