About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship within the Reels Industrial Paper Production Division. You will work on-site in Jefferson, Texas. The program focuses on immersive learning within the manufacturing and packaging industry, providing you with hands-on experience and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects alongside industry experts.
- Gain business knowledge from across the enterprise.
- Network with business leaders.
- Participate in activities with other interns and Emerging Leader associates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or master degree program.
- Previous internship experience.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, and various engineering disciplines such as Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and Industrial.
