About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program based in Hartsville, South Carolina. You will work on-site to gain practical experience in the manufacturing and packaging industry. The role is full-time and provides exposure to various business functions through hands-on projects and direct engagement with company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects while working alongside industry experts.
- Participate in plant tours to understand manufacturing operations.
- Network with business leaders and other interns.
- Engage in activities with Emerging Leader associates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program. Relevant majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and various engineering disciplines such as Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial.
- Previous internship experience, preferably in a manufacturing or functional role.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Compensation: Monthly salary based on degree level and field of study. Housing and activity stipends are provided, along with relocation assistance.
