About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship within the IPP Division at Sonoco. You will work on hands-on projects alongside industry experts while gaining business knowledge from across the enterprise. The program includes networking opportunities with business leaders and activities with other interns and Emerging Leader associates.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects with industry experts.
- Gain insight into business operations across the company.
- Participate in networking events with business leaders.
- Engage in activities with fellow interns and Emerging Leader associates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or master's degree program with a concentration in Engineering.
- Previous internship experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related functional area.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
