About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship within our Reels - Industrial Paper Products Division. You will work on-site at our facility in Hartselle, Alabama. The program is designed to immerse you in the manufacturing and packaging industries through practical, on-the-job learning.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects while working alongside industry experts.
- Gain business knowledge from across the Sonoco enterprise.
- Participate in networking opportunities with business leaders.
- Engage in activities with other interns and Emerging Leader associates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or master degree program in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Previous internship experience.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
