Sipcam Agro USA is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Intern to support the state and federal registration processes for pesticides and fertilizers. This role provides hands-on experience in regulatory compliance within the agrochemical industry, working directly from the corporate office.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the submission of State Pesticide and Fertilizer New Product Registrations and Renewals.
- Help resolve state regulatory requirements, including certification, reporting, and tonnage documentation.
- Participate in Innovation and New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Assist with Federal Product Registrations, including preparing dossier submissions and label amendments.
- Support Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) data processes and review commercial product labels.
- Manage Product Chemistry and Acute Toxicity reports in coordination with external Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
- Attend industry association meetings and provide updates on relevant legislation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Engineering, Biology, or a related science field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Professional maturity and the ability to handle complex regulatory issues.
- Prior coursework or academic projects in Regulatory Affairs or Agrochemicals is preferred.
