About the role#
The Marketing Intern supports the Marketing team in executing day-to-day initiatives to enhance brand visibility, support client engagement, and strengthen the firm marketing infrastructure. This role provides hands-on experience with a focus on social media and event coordination.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of social media initiatives, including drafting posts, coordinating approvals, and scheduling content across firm and advisor LinkedIn accounts.
- Assist with the planning and execution of client and prospect events, such as private dinners, webinars, and firm-sponsored events.
- Prepare invitations, event materials, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up communications.
- Support website updates, including posting blog content, updating bios, and maintaining marketing pages as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone, grammar, and detail.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- A process-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
