The Marketing Intern supports the Marketing team at Simon Quick Advisors, LLC in executing daily initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support client engagement, and strengthen marketing infrastructure. This role provides hands-on experience with a primary focus on social media and event coordination.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of social media initiatives, including drafting posts, coordinating approvals, and scheduling content across firm and advisor LinkedIn accounts.
- Assist with the planning and execution of client and prospect events, such as private dinners, webinars, and firm-sponsored events.
- Prepare invitations, event materials, track RSVPs, and manage post-event follow-up communications.
- Update the company website, including posting blog content, updating professional bios, and maintaining marketing pages as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone, grammar, and detail.
- Proficiency with digital tools, including Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic website or social media platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- A process-oriented and dependable mindset with a willingness to support a collaborative team.
