About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Rogers, Arkansas. You will work on-site to address real-world business challenges while gaining exposure to our daily operations. The program is designed to help you build cross-functional relationships and grow your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Complete a challenging project that addresses a specific business problem and aligns with your field of study.
- Present your project findings and outcomes to your team and senior leadership at the end of the summer.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and finding ways to reduce waste.
- Coordinate with team members to share best practices and ensure consistent communication.
- Identify areas that lack cohesiveness and work with your team to resolve issues and improve synergy.
- Perform daily tasks that help you understand our core business processes and operating systems.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and general computer literacy.
- A willingness to lead, take charge, and offer your own opinions and direction.
- Ability to work on your feet for multiple hours and lift at least 10 pounds.
- Comfort working in various temperatures and wearing required personal protective equipment.
