Field Engineer - Electrical Testing I Intern

About the role#

As a Field Engineer - Electrical Testing I Intern, you will support senior engineers in analyzing and optimizing electrical power systems. This role involves on-site technical work to ensure the reliability and safety of critical electrical infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, system testing, and client-facing technical support.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with experienced field service engineers to provide on-site technical assistance for electrical systems, including installations and testing.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to guarantee the optimal performance and compliance of electrical equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize client downtime.
• Engage with clients professionally to address inquiries and provide technical expertise.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including service reports, client feedback, and product modifications.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a graduation date no later than May 2028.
• A basic understanding of electrical systems, testing procedures, and relevant industry standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and a dynamic work environment.
• Availability for frequent travel to customer sites for on-site support.
