About the role#
This is a rotational internship program for Summer 2027. You will work across multiple departments at Watershed Geo, a company majority-owned by Shaw Industries. Instead of working with one team, you will gain a broad view of how the company develops, sells, and delivers environmental and renewable energy infrastructure solutions. The program includes mentorship, professional development, and a final capstone presentation.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through departments to learn the full lifecycle of company technologies.
- Support engineering teams with design reviews, testing, data collection, and technical documentation.
- Work with sales teams to understand customer engagement and solution development.
- Join field operations to observe the real-world application of engineered solutions.
- Assist research and development teams with product testing and innovation.
- Engage with operations and fulfillment teams to learn about project coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor or Master degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to design software like AutoCAD or GIS.
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Term: Summer 2027 (10 to 12 weeks).
