About the role#
This co-op program offers early-career talent the opportunity to work across various business operations, commercial, finance, and corporate functions. You will join teams such as Sales Retail Excellence, Strategic Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, People and Culture, or Legal. You will work on the systems and decisions that keep a global consumer business moving, from building sales dashboards to reconciling product costs or supporting talent acquisition.
What you'll do#
- Analyze, plan, and support commercial decisions while building reports, dashboards, and models.
- Turn data into clear recommendations and present findings to stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and product.
- Identify and fix process inefficiencies to improve cost reduction and operational speed.
- Support retailer-facing customer meetings, including preparation and follow-ups.
- Monitor retailer-level sell-through, manage purchase orders, and maintain inventory levels.
- Maintain standard costing assumptions and reconcile variances.
- Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and learning programs.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to support corporate governance and compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's, master's, or PhD program in a related field, or graduation within the past year.
- Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week onsite-hybrid schedule.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence using PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to handle ambiguity.
- Discretion when managing confidential financial, employee, or legal information.
