About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our Auto Physical Damage Claims team in Neenah, Wisconsin. This is an 18-month opportunity for students currently enrolled in a college program. During the school year, you will work 20 hours per week between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may increase your hours to 40 per week during summer and school breaks.
What you'll do#
- Write, review, and approve auto physical damage estimates.
- Review photos and estimates related to subrogation demands.
- Coordinate with repair shops regarding repair work and supplemental damages.
- Handle various projects and tasks within the Auto Physical Damage Claims department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Technical knowledge or experience with automobiles is preferred.
