About the role#
The Seattle Seahawks are seeking a transitioning military or active-duty service member for a Community Engagement internship. This role focuses on supporting our Military, Veteran, and Salute to Service programs. You will work with the Community Engagement department to plan and execute events that support our outreach efforts in the Pacific Northwest.
What you'll do#
- Support engagement with military communities, including base leadership, service members, families, and veterans.
- Act as a liaison between military and veteran organizations and the Seahawks organization.
- Coordinate logistics and planning for military events, such as Military Training Camp Day and Salute to Service activations.
- Assist in the presentation of game day military elements, including flyovers and special activations.
- Serve as a point of contact between Corporate Partnerships and representatives at local military bases.
- Respond to community customer service emails and requests.
- Assist with CRM data entry and project management tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a transitioning military eligible candidate or active-duty service member in the United States Armed Forces.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A current driver's license.
- Ability to work 30+ hours per week, including game days, nights, weekends, and other events.
- Capability to lift 30 pounds or more.
- Academic background in Political Science, Sociology, History, or Human Resources is preferred.

- Term: Fall 2026 through Winter 2027 (September 2026 to February 2027).

- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
