About the role#
Save-On-Foods is seeking Pharmacy Interns for the Summerwood location in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This is a paid, on-site role for students currently enrolled in a Faculty of Pharmacy program. Interns work under the supervision of a full pharmacist to deliver patient-centered care and support community health initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Provide pharmacy services under the direct supervision of a full pharmacist.
- Assist with medication management processes.
- Engage with customers to promote healthier lifestyle choices.
- Participate in regular team meetings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Faculty of Pharmacy at an accredited university.
- Standing as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year pharmacy student.
- A strong commitment to healthy living.
- A customer-focused approach to service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
