About the role#
Save-On-Foods is hiring a Pharmacy Intern for our Summerwood location in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This is a paid, full-time position for students currently enrolled in an accredited Faculty of Pharmacy. You will work under the supervision of a full pharmacist to provide patient-centred care and support our community health initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Provide pharmacy services under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Assist with medication management processes.
- Engage with customers to promote healthier lifestyles.
- Participate in team meetings to support pharmacy operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Faculty of Pharmacy at an accredited University.
- Standing as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year pharmacy student.
- A strong commitment to healthy living.
- A customer-focused approach to service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
