About the role#
Lake Country Co-op is seeking two part-time Student Clerks to join the Agro team in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. This role focuses on providing customer service and operational support within an agricultural retail environment. You will report to the Assistant Agro Team Leader and contribute to the daily functions of the store, including sales, inventory management, and facility operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide over the counter sales of feed, agricultural parts, supplies, fuel, and lubricants.
- Assist with receiving products, operating till systems, conducting inventory counts, and merchandising.
- Communicate effectively with store leadership, file maintenance, and yard clerks.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate behaviors that support the company's vision, mission, and safety principles while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
What you'll need#
- A passion for retail sales and the agricultural industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Physical capability to lift 50lbs as needed and work in a service counter environment with exposure to shop and warehouse areas.
- Honesty, trustworthiness, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to achieve WHMIS and TDG certifications.
