About the role#
This is a Doctoral Externship for an Audiologist Student at the FPG Silverstein Institute. You will train as a health care professional while helping patients manage auditory disorders. This position is a full-time, paid internship starting in July 2027.
What you'll do#
- Identify and manage hearing, balance, and tinnitus disorders.
- Provide supervised clinical services to treat auditory conditions.
- Use technology and creative problem solving to support patient care.
- Engage with patients using strong social skills.
- Complete a background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Audiology or a related field.
- Current enrollment in an AuD doctoral program with a pending degree.
- Fulfillment of clinical hours required for your AuD program completion.
