About the role#
As a Project Engineer Intern, you will work alongside our project team to complete assigned tasks. This role focuses on learning construction industry processes, internal business policies, and daily operations. You will gain practical experience in a professional real estate environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist the project team with the completion of designated projects.
- Develop a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
- Gain first-hand experience in job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety.
- Communicate clearly through both verbal and written channels.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, construction engineering, or a related field.
- Must be within 18 months of graduation.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for a minimum term of three months.
- General knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, specifications, and architectural or engineering drawings.

- This is an on-site position based in Dallas, Texas, or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- The role is a full-time, paid internship.
