About the role#
As a Field Engineer Intern, you will work directly with superintendents on daily job-site operations. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in construction management and project coordination.
What you'll do#
- Assist superintendents with daily project tasks.
- Manage project document flow.
- Support scheduling, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Build a first-hand understanding of how a job site functions and remains efficient.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- You are within 18 months of graduating.
- You can commit to 40 hours per week for at least three months.
- You can read and interpret contracts, specifications, and architectural or engineering drawings.
- You communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.
- You can manage multiple priorities and deadlines while focusing on site efficiency.
