About the role#
We are hiring Junior Analysts to join the firm in Summer 2027. This is a full-time position for students graduating in Spring 2027. You will participate in various consulting activities and build the skills needed to take on roles of increasing responsibility.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data through research, interviews, and observation.
- Surface and document key insights to propose recommendations for organizational improvement.
- Support colleagues during stakeholder engagement activities.
- Develop presentations and client deliverables including writing, editing, and formatting.
- Co-facilitate meetings and strategy sessions with clients.
- Coordinate event logistics and knowledge capture for meetings.
- Create client communications materials to build buy-in and alignment.
- Build relationships while working face-to-face with clients to solve problems.
- Support business development, marketing, and social media efforts.
- Develop and deliver internal training classes.
- Own consulting methodologies and provide coaching to the team.
- Support recruitment activities to attract and evaluate new talent.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Status as a senior or graduate student graduating in Spring 2027.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance with SCI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other presentation software.
- Willingness to commute to client locations full-time in the Washington Metropolitan area.
