About the role#
As a Talent & Inclusion Program Intern, you will gain hands-on experience within the financial services industry. You will participate in the daily operations of the team, contribute to business improvements, and support the development of organizational materials.
What you'll do#
- Attend meetings, huddles, and training sessions to learn about business operations.
- Share creative ideas to help improve business processes.
- Deliver reports, analyze metrics, and summarize information to support team goals.
- Assist in the creation of materials and presentations for meetings.
- Take notes during meetings and provide recaps for the team.
What you'll need#
- A self-directed approach to work.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology.
