Product Design Intern - Fall 2026

About the role#

As a Product Design Intern, you will help shape the user experience of digital products within the financial services industry. You will gain hands-on experience in the product design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the future of financial technology.

What you'll do#

• Generate ideas and concepts through sketching, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Work with the research team to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Translate insights and feedback into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring concepts to life.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles.

What you'll need#

• Demonstrated proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual design and UI/UX skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to support the iterative design process from end-to-end, including wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
• Understanding of front-end development and technical constraints.
• Experience contributing to the design of products in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human Resources, Industrial Design, or Media Studies.
