About the role#
Reply is looking for a Social Network Intern to join our internal communications team in Chicago. This is a paid, part-time internship of up to 30 hours per week. The role is based on-site at our Chicago office, Monday through Friday. This position offers the potential for a full-time transition after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Plan and deliver events for employees, including trainings and webinars, to help build a common culture across our US offices.
- Research and test new communication formats and techniques.
- Develop content and practice strategic thinking.
- Build technical skills by experimenting with generative AI, including creating AI agents and optimizing daily tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and interact with a diverse group of stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor or Master degree in progress or completed in Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software like DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or After Effects.
- Experience using the Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
- Practical experience with generative AI tools for prompting and building AI agents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
