Sales and Marketing Intern

About the role#

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a part-time Sales and Marketing Intern to join the Nashville team. This role serves as a Brand Ambassador, focusing on lead generation and customer engagement. Interns receive professional development through monthly workshops and hands-on training, culminating in a final project presentation to leadership.

What you'll do#

• Engage with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and community events to build rapport and uncover customer needs.
• Educate potential customers on premium window and door replacement products.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team.
• Attend monthly professional development meetings with executive leaders.
• Conduct a final project presentation to leadership.
