About the role#

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Sales and Marketing Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This part-time, on-site role functions as a Brand Ambassador, focusing on lead generation and customer engagement. Interns will participate in monthly professional development workshops, engage in hands-on training, and conclude the program with a final project presentation to company leadership.

What you'll do#

• Engage with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and community events.
• Initiate conversations to build rapport and uncover specific customer needs.
• Educate potential customers on window and door solutions.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and schedule free, in-home consultations.
• Present final projects to leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
