Sales and Marketing Intern

About the role#

This part-time Sales and Marketing internship with Renewal by Andersen focuses on brand ambassadorship and professional development. You will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and event marketing strategies. The role includes monthly professional development workshops, meetings with executive leaders, and a final project presentation. This position is open to students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

What you'll do#

• Engage with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and community events.
• Start conversations, build rapport, and uncover customer needs through effective communication.
• Market window and door products to a diverse audience.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team.
• Educate potential customers on product solutions.
• Use persuasion and influence to encourage homeowners to take the next step.
• Attend monthly professional development meetings with executive leaders.
• Conduct a final project presentation for leadership.

• Compensation: $18/hour plus performance-based uncapped weekly bonuses.
