About the role#

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Sales and Marketing Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This part-time position functions as a Brand Ambassador, focusing on lead generation and customer engagement. Interns will receive hands-on training, participate in monthly professional development workshops, and conclude the program with a final project presentation to company leadership.

What you'll do#

• Engage with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and community events.
• Build rapport with potential customers to uncover their needs.
• Educate homeowners on window and door solutions.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and schedule in-home consultations.
• Market products to a diverse audience using persuasion and effective communication.
• Attend monthly professional development meetings with executive leaders.
• Prepare and conduct a final project presentation.
