Marian University Sales and Marketing Intern

About the role#

This is a paid, part-time internship focused on brand ambassadorship and professional development. Interns gain hands-on experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and event marketing strategies. The role is designed to provide a foundation for a career in sales, with opportunities to develop NACE core competencies and attend monthly workshops led by executive leaders.

What you'll do#

• Engage with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and schedule free, in-home consultations.
• Educate potential customers on window and door solutions.
• Attend monthly professional development meetings with executive leaders.
• Conduct a final project presentation for company leadership.

• Reliable transportation, including a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, and Psychology.

• Compensation: $18/hour plus performance-based, uncapped weekly bonuses.
