About the role#
RenaissanceRe is offering an 8-week internship program during the summer of 2027. This full-time, paid position is based in our New York office. You will work alongside high-performing teams to gain hands-on experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry.
What you'll do#
- Complete skills-based projects within your assigned department.
- Shadow department leads to understand our business operations.
- Take part in corporate initiatives and attend our speaker series.
- Build professional confidence through our Campus to Corporate sessions.
- Deliver a meaningful project and present your final recommendations at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- You must be in your penultimate year of university and planning to graduate in 2028.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel or a willingness to learn the software.
- A strong work ethic aligned with our core values of Focus, Respect, Integrity, Passion, and Precision.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
