About the role#
As a Supply Chain Analyst Intern, you will join the Customer Operations team in Atlanta. This role focuses on retail and supply chain planning using Machine Learning and Time Series models. You will work with real data from US retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers to support our clients.
What you'll do#
- Support retail and supply chain planning tasks.
- Analyze customer forecast data to find strengths, weaknesses, trends, and patterns.
- Configure and tune forecasting models within the RELEX system.
- Measure performance using metrics like forecast accuracy, bias, and absolute error.
- Create reports, visualizations, and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Suggest improvements to forecasting models and explore new data sources.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to refine forecasting methodologies.
What you'll need#
- Relevant coursework or work experience in supply chain planning, forecast analysis, data analysis, or software implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand supply chain management and retail planning systems from both business and IT perspectives.
- Experience working with large datasets to extract key information.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on skill building and continuous improvement.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with autonomy.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship based in our Midtown Atlanta office.
- You must be able to work on-site up to 4 days per week.
- The program runs for 10-14 weeks starting in May 2027.
- We provide a laptop for the duration of the internship.
