About the role#
Regal Rexnord is looking for students to join the Operations Internship Program. This role provides hands-on experience in manufacturing, distribution, or planning environments. You will work on business projects that deliver measurable results and gain exposure to operational leadership. This internship is designed to prepare participants for the Early Career Operations Rotational Program.
What you'll do#
- Support manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or planning operations.
- Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze operational data to support business decisions.
- Present project results and recommendations to site leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations and supply chain.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected to graduate within the next year.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through work, school, athletics, or extracurricular activities.
- Interest in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and operational excellence.
- Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
