Business Development Analyst Intern

About the role#

The Business Development Analyst Intern supports Redstone Residential by analyzing financial acquisitions and conducting quantitative research on investment programs. This role focuses on building client relationships and applying industry expertise to support acquisition processes. You will work in a professional setting where priorities shift based on market conditions, requiring the ability to maintain accuracy and quality while managing multiple tasks.

What you'll do#

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, customized proposals.
• Track and manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Identify new geographic markets for expansion and develop strategies to penetrate these areas.
• Underwrite potential management opportunities and maintain accurate data in sales trackers.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
• Working knowledge of economics, investment, and operational principles.
• Experience reviewing market data and creating presentations based on that data.
• Ability to perform SWOT analysis and analyze financial statements.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is preferred.
