Ad Operations Intern

About the role#

As an Ad Operations Intern at RedCircle, you will facilitate advertising deals between podcast creators and advertisers. This role combines operational tasks with client service, ensuring that campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You will work within a small team, requiring the ability to own projects and operate autonomously.

What you'll do#

• Set up ad campaigns within the RedCircle Ad Platform.
• Coordinate with podcasters to manage campaign execution, including distributing scripts and educating creators on brands.
• Communicate with the advertising client team to provide results and answer questions.
• Support existing advertisers and podcasters to ensure they maximize the platform's value.
• Gather user feedback and communicate new features and functionality to clients.

What you'll need#

• Previous internship experience or coursework in relevant areas such as media buying, advertising, or customer service.
• Proficiency in G-Suite applications and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• A passion for providing high-quality customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Locations: Boston, Massachusetts or Los Angeles, California.
• Modality: Hybrid (3-4 days per week in-office).
• Compensation: $20/hour.
• Term: 10-12 weeks, rolling start date.
• Employment type: Full-time, contract position.
