About the role#
As an Ad Operations Intern, you will facilitate advertising deals between podcast creators and advertisers. This role combines operational tasks with client service to ensure campaigns run smoothly. You will work on a small team, requiring you to own projects from start to finish and operate with autonomy.
What you'll do#
- Set up ad campaigns within the RedCircle Ad Platform.
- Coordinate with podcasters to manage campaign execution, including distributing scripts and communicating new opportunities.
- Communicate with the advertising client team to answer questions and report on campaign results.
- Support existing advertisers and podcasters on the platform to maximize their experience.
- Gather feedback from users and inform clients about new platform features and functionality.
What you'll need#
- Previous internship experience or coursework in relevant areas such as media buying, advertising, or customer service.
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Media Studies.

- Locations: Boston, Massachusetts or Los Angeles, California.
- Modality: Hybrid (3-4 days per week in-office).
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
- Duration: 10-12 weeks.
