About the role#
As an AI Ecosystem Intern, you will work at the intersection of technology and business strategy. You will gain exposure to enterprise AI use cases and the open source landscape while receiving mentorship from Red Hat leaders. This role offers the opportunity to make strategic recommendations that have a real impact on our business.
What you'll do#
- Conduct interviews with Red Hat partners, solution architects, and field sales teams.
- Identify the most pressing customer AI use cases.
- Analyze and synthesize research to find patterns, opportunities, and gaps in AI adoption.
- Map these customer needs to Red Hat's AI platform, open source technologies, and partner ecosystem capabilities.
- Recommend partner engagement strategies that complement existing go to market efforts.
- Prepare and present a final report with your recommendations to AI Ecosystem leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor degree in computer science, data science, business, or a related field with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative input.
- An interest in AI and machine learning technologies.
- An understanding of enterprise technology trends.
- Excellent communication skills, specifically for conducting interviews and presenting insights.
- A self-starter mindset characterized by curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with open source software is required, and familiarity with Red Hat solutions is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Boston, Massachusetts.
- The term is rolling.
