About the role#
The Social Media Intern supports the Creative Team by producing trend-driven, short-form video content. This role offers hands-on experience in brand storytelling, video production, and digital marketing. You will work directly with the Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to develop content that resonates with the brand community.
What you'll do#
- Create, film, and edit engaging short-form video content for social media platforms and the company website.
- Ensure all video content aligns with current platform trends, brand voice, and aesthetic standards.
- Edit videos using CapCut to produce polished, high-quality assets.
- Support the production of brand videos, product features, and event coverage.
- Participate in content planning, brainstorming sessions, and creative ideation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Monitor social media best practices, platform updates, and emerging content trends.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Health, or a related field.
- Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn mobile video editing applications like CapCut.
- Strong creative eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and engaging content.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Comfort with filming and editing content on a smartphone and appearing on camera when necessary.

- Location: Meridian, Idaho (On-site)
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 24, 2026 – December 18, 2026)
- Compensation: $17/hr
- Commitment: 15 hours per week
