The Sales Intern program at RDO Equipment Co. provides hands-on experience in equipment sales within the machinery manufacturing industry. Interns will shadow sales representatives, create quotes and proposals, manage inventory, and maintain CRM records. This position offers a structured training foundation with the potential for full-time employment upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Explore dealership operations by rotating through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
- Build sales skills, including relationship development, product knowledge, inventory management, and navigation of company systems.
- Participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training.
- Maintain a professional image, follow safety protocols, and support a positive team environment.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Agriculture.
- A self-starter mindset with the initiative to learn and contribute.
- A customer-first attitude and a commitment to professional service.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, computers, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
