This is a paid, rolling internship program based in Moses Lake, Washington. You will work alongside sales, service, and parts teams to provide solutions to customers in the agriculture industry. The program is designed to build a foundation in equipment sales through structured training, with the potential for full-time employment upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through dealership departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
- Develop sales skills, including relationship building, product knowledge, inventory management, and navigation of internal systems.
- Participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training.
- Maintain a professional image, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a positive team environment.
What you'll need#
- A self-starter mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- A customer-first attitude and a commitment to professional service.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office tools, and CRM platforms.
- Current enrollment in a college program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Agriculture.
- Valid work authorization for the United States (sponsorship is not available).
