High School Service Intern

About the role#

This paid internship offers high school students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the heavy equipment industry. You will work at a dealership while completing your high school education, with scheduling available during summers, school breaks, or after class hours.

What you'll do#

• Shadow and assist technicians with equipment repairs.
• Support operations within the parts department and showroom.
• Assist with building and yard maintenance, including equipment cleaning.
• Participate in company-sponsored training to build your professional skill set.
• Engage in team communication efforts, such as meetings and huddles.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a professional image when interacting with customers and the community.
• Follow all company policies and academic requirements set by your school.

What you'll need#

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to maintain an acceptable attendance record.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

• Location: Laredo, Texas.
• Compensation: $18 – $19 per hour.
• Work Modality: On-site.
