About the role#
Ragle Inc is hiring a Project Engineer Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site role within our Heavy Highway Division in West Texas. You will work 50 hours per week, receive weekly pay, and housing is provided. The program begins after Memorial Day 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management.
- Help prepare and review change orders.
- Learn job cost reporting and project analysis.
- Contribute to work plans, schedules, and resource planning.
- Participate in project meetings and team coordination.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and safety policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology.
- Previous experience through coursework or internships is helpful.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A goal-oriented and motivated mindset with a desire to learn.
