About the role#
R.R. Cassidy is looking for an HR Intern to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. You will assist with employee records, onboarding, and HR communications while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
What you'll do#
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records and HR files.
- Support new-hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and ensuring documentation is complete.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and company programs.
- Update and maintain HR databases and employee information.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and administration.
- Help with employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative or office experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

- Location: Beaumont, Texas.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
- This role follows a rolling term.
