About the role#
The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will support the Engineering department in Bloomington, Minnesota. This position focuses on manufacturing projects from the initial scope definition through final implementation. You will work on-site during the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support to internal customers.
- Assist with the implementation of process and design improvements.
- Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work.
- Partner with multiple business segments including sales, marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program for Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
