About the role#
This co-op position provides technical support for the sterilization and quality departments. You will assist with projects from initial scope definition through to final implementation. This is a full-time, paid role based on-site in Bloomington, Minnesota, running from late May 2027 through December 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide support for sterilization and cleaning processes.
- Assist with sterilization and cleaning experiments.
- Help maintain the environmental monitoring program.
- Support various projects within the sterilization department.
- Ensure all work complies with the company Quality System, ISO standards, and medical device requirements.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year degree program in a technical field, preferably with an emphasis in Biology or Microbiology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a preference for candidates who can use advanced functions or automations.
- Strong math skills, including an understanding of statistical methods.
- Clear technical writing skills.
