About the role#
As a Sourcing Business Analyst Intern, you will work with the Supply Chain Architecture team to support projects related to supply chain risk, supplier on-boarding, and product compliance. This internship provides exposure to procurement operations and data-driven decision making within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with supply chain risk monitoring through research, supplier surveys, event tracking, and reporting.
- Extract, cleanse, and analyze procurement data to identify trends and provide recommendations for sourcing strategies.
- Participate in supplier interactions to support on-boarding and gather data for category management.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing processes, standardizing workflows, and creating documentation for best practices.
- Help the team with cross-functional activities and project deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience with data visualization or automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or VBA.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
