About the role#
As a Sourcing Business Analyst Intern, you will work on projects related to the category management of a global supply chain. You will engage with teams across Supplier Quality, IT, Engineering, Procurement, and various Business Units to support our operations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze existing processes and documents to find opportunities for improvement.
- Standardize and automate workflows, creating work instructions to document your findings.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to provide clear interpretations.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deliverable deadlines and build your professional network.
- Evaluate, document, and help mitigate category risks.
- Handle basic supplier interactions.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Visio.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
- A self-motivated approach with the initiative to work with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude, a desire to learn new skills, and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- This role is based on-site in Greensboro, North Carolina.
- The position is full-time.
