About the role#
Qorvo is hiring a Product Engineer Intern to support our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. You will work alongside our engineering teams to solve technical challenges and contribute to semiconductor product development.
What you'll do#
- Analyze product performance and report findings to the Product Engineering team.
- Perform yield analysis for semiconductor wafers and packaged parts.
- Use statistical methods and software tools to extract and mine data.
- Create test plans for both prototype and production electrical testing.
- Coordinate with Design, Fab, Test, Applications, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS (Junior or Senior), MS, or PhD program in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Course work or experience in Analog/RF circuit design.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
