About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program within the Cement division. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience in cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality and reliability, equipment maintenance, and data management. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.

What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Manufacturing, or Mining/Materials Science Engineering.
- At least junior year standing.
- A GPA of 2.5 or above.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Capability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the heavy or manufacturing industry is preferred.
