About the role#
Qorvo is looking for a Global Sourcing Process Intern to join our Global Operations team in Greensboro. This is a paid, full-time internship that offers hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing. You will work on projects that help improve our internal sourcing processes and support our operations team.
What you'll do#
- Analyze global sourcing processes and documents to find ways to improve efficiency.
- Standardize and automate workflows while creating work instructions to document your findings.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to provide clear interpretations for the team.
- Work with project teams to meet deliverables and build your professional network.
- Identify and eliminate waste within current processes.
- Handle basic supplier interactions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS program for Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A keen eye for detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
